1. Just add 3 wet ingredients:

β’ 1 cup of your choice of milk
β’ 1/2 cup of oil or melted butter

2. Stir until combined. The batter will be thick.Β

3. Pour into muffin liners or a greased muffin tin for 12, filling each one about 2/3rds the way full.Β

4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 22 - 24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Β
