Her spiritual gift of reprieve allows us to observe our emotions with some distance. Take to calm frazzled nerves and uplift the mood. It's a fantastic herb for children as it has the ability to support focus and soothe overstimulation in the nervous system. It's also handy during a fever as a cooling diaphoretic or for a tummy ache. 

🌿🍋Suggested Use: 

Squeeze 1 - 2 full droppers in mouth or in a small amount of tea or water (30 - 60 drops) three to five times a day for therapeutic effect. It can also be squeezed into hot water or tea to dissipate some of the alcohol.
